For podcasts and voiceovers, apply a slight cut at 60 Hz (removes desk thumps and rumble), a gentle 2 dB dip around 300 Hz (clears vocal muddiness), and a gentle 2-3 dB boost at 3 kHz to 5 kHz (adds crisp vocal presence and intelligibility).
Boost the 60 Hz and 170 Hz frequency sliders by +3 dB to +5 dB. To prevent digital clipping, lower the master output gain slightly (-2 dB) so the amplified low frequencies don't overload the output ceiling.
